5 Yummy Chocolate Recipes for Christmas: As we all just love eating chocolate. There are different types of chocolates like white, milk, bittersweet, and dark chocolate. Christmas festival is incomplete without chocolates. Chocolate is one of my all-time favorite sweets. It is so tasty, creamy, silky, colorful, smooth, rich and there is nothing better than a piece of chocolate. Chocolates are usually filled with dry fruits, choco chips, caramels, and creams. With the help of this article, I will share with you some of the best home-made chocolate recipes for Christmas. Let’s get started…

1. Dry Fruit Chocolate

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Almond, 1 cup Raisins, 1/2 cashew nuts, 1/2 cup
Pistachio, 2 bars of milk chocolate compound, and 1 bar of the dark chocolate compound.

Recipe:

  1. Take chocolate compound, break it into small pieces, then use double boiler process to melt the chocolate or you can use the microwave. Allow the melted chocolate to cool down for 5 min.
  2. Chop all the dry fruits into fine pieces.
  3. Roast the chopped dry fruits for 2 mins.
  4. Let the dry fruits cool down for 10 mins
  5. Add roasted dry fruits into melted chocolate and mix it well.
  6. Pour chocolate with the help of spoon into the mould.
  7. Place the chocolate mold for 10 to 15 mins on the freezer. After that remove the chocolates from the mold. Dry Fruit Chocolates are ready to eat.

2. Biscuit Wafer Chocolate

Ingredients: 1 butter paper sheet, wafer biscuit, 2 bars of milk chocolate compound, and 1 bar of the dark chocolate compound.

Recipe:

  1. Take chocolate compound, break it into small pieces, then use double boiler process to melt the chocolate or you can use the microwave. Allow the melted chocolate to cool down for 5 min.
  2. Coat the biscuit wafer with melted chocolate.
  3. With the help of a spoon take out the biscuit wafer from the chocolate bowl.
  4. Place the chocolate wafer on the butter paper and freeze it for 15-20 mins.
  5. Slowly remove the chocolates from the butter paper. With the help of a knife remove the extra chocolate from the wafer. Yummy wafer chocolates are ready to eat.

3. Coconut Filling Chocolate

Ingredients: 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, 1 cup of condensed milk, 2 bars of milk chocolate compound, and 1 bar of the dark chocolate compound.

Recipe:

  1. Take chocolate compound, break it into small pieces, then use double boiler process to melt the chocolate or you can use a microwave. Allow the melted chocolate to cool down for 5 min.
  2. In a pan add desiccated coconut and condensed milk, heat the mixture for about 2 mins, stirring constantly, so that it does not stick to the pan.
  3. Remove the mixture from the pan, let it cool.
  4. Make small balls of the mixture and cover with the melted chocolate.
  5. Place the molds in the refrigerator for 15 minutes for the setting. Slowly remove the chocolates from the mold. Coconut chocolates are ready to eat.

4. Paan Filling Chocolate

Ingredients: Finely chopped paan leaves, 1/3 cup of tutti frutti, 1/2 tsp lacha supari, 1tsp sauf, 1 cup of gulkand (as required), 1/2 cup of coconut powder, 2 bars of milk chocolate compound, and 1 bar of the dark chocolate compound.

Recipe:

  1. For stuffing mix all the ingredients except chocolate.
  2. Take chocolate compound, break it into small pieces, then use double boiler process to melt the chocolate or you can use a microwave. Allow the melted chocolate to cool down for 5 min.
  3. Make a shell of chocolate in the mold. Place the mold in the freezer for about 15 mins.
  4. Take out the mold from the refrigerator, make small balls of the stuffing, place these balls on the chocolate shell.
  5. Cover the top of the mixture with melted chocolate. Again let it freeze for about 10 mins.
  6. To de-mold turns over the mold on a plate & gently tap. Paan filling chocolates are ready to eat.

5. Cadbury Shots Chocolate

Ingredients: 2ltr milk, 1/2 cup sugar, baking soda, 2tbsp of cocoa powder.

Recipe:

  1. Boil milk, stirring constantly
  2. Add 1/2 cup of sugar into the milk
  3. Then Add a pinch of baking soda
  4. Add cocoa powder
  5. Let the milk reduce to 3/4th
  6. Cook until it thickens
  7. Make small balls of the mixture, Cadbury shots chocolate is ready to eat.
